Transcripts
Official transcripts must be sent directly to colleges from SHS. Please fill out the below form COMPLETELY and click submit. Please allow 3-5 business days for the guidance office to complete your request.
If you took any CCP classes while in high school, you will also need to request that those transcripts be sent to whatever institution that you will be attending. There is usually a fee for those transcripts. SHS does NOT cover the cost of those fees. Click on the hyperlinks below for whatever college(s) you have earned credits from to request those transcripts.

ACT/SAT
Below are the links to the ACT and SAT college admittance exams. Please contact Ms. Staggs if you believe that you qualify for a fee waiver for either exam.
FAFSA
All students need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form in order to qualify for financial aid for college. The link for the FAFSA is below, as well as information from our FAFSA Information Night.
