Students must fill out this checklist and turn it into the guidance office by April 1st.
Students taking University of Findlay classes for a second year just need to turn in a CCP Intent form.
College Credit Plus:
- Classes offered at Smithville High School by Smithville High School teachers
- Mr. Frizell - College Writing I, College Writing II, and Literature Appreciation
- Mrs. Howie - College Spanish 220 and 221
- Mrs. Breneman - Basic Chemistry (3 hours) + lab (1 hour)
- CHEM130 (General Chemistry I)-students will now need to place into CHEM130 by either scoring a combined 52 in the science and math portions of the ACT, or receiving a 13 on our Chemistry placement test AND have either a 23 on the math section of the ACT or score an 18 or higher on our math placement test. Students will need both the chemistry and math requirement for this course. The chemistry department will no longer allow for letters of recommendation for students to take CHEM130.
